If English is a language you are learning, we have some good news for you! There is a group meeting at St George’s centre in Lupset.

Fridays from 10:00 to 12:00 noon

You will be welcome at st George’s Community Centre, on Broadway, in Lupset. Find it using the postcode WF2 8AA.

You will find a friendly group who are happy to help you practise your English over a hot drink and some cake. You can learn basic English phrases to communicate in everyday situations.

The community centre welcome people with a “Welcome To Wakefield” card. You can come and sit in their café and keep warm, choose a book from our book swap, play one of our board games, use the Wi-Fi .
