Mears are interested to hear your views on the service that they provide and would like to invite you to fill in a survey form.
We have been working with the Home Office and the other providers to define a survey questionnaire.
The surveys will ask you to choose how happy you are with:
- our staff and the service that they deliver
- the property where you live
It will also include other questions about your experience when raising maintenance issues.
You will be asked to fill in a survey form at regular intervals as your Asylum Claim progresses.
