Using your tablet
If you have a tablet on loan from the City of Sanctuary, we want to help you use it well. If you have questions please contact us using the form below.
Tablet number
This (at the top left) is the number of your tablet – if you want to ask questions you should give us this number
Settings menu
If you want to change settings – for example if you want to change language – tap the 3 dots menu here (at the top right).
Mobile hotspot
To activate a hotspot if you have a SIM fitted you can click this icon.
If the icon is green then the hotspot is on. To turn it off click the green icon. The Hotspot is named “wdcos_hotspot” and the password is 
Change Language
- Click on the 3 dots settings menu at the top right.
- Select “Change Language” on the list
- Find your language and select it
- Click the “Websites” icon
After a short time this website will automatically translate into your own language.
